Himilce, Princess of Carthage, was a woman of notable strength and influence, the wife of the brilliant and legendary General Hannibal Barรงa. Her story is one of resilience and determination

We proudly gave her name for an oil deeply rooted in a land that has cultivated olives for over 2,500 years. Like the princess who protected her family and legacy, this olive oil is a guardian of genuine quality and a symbol of Tunisia's enduring spirit and rich agricultural heritage
